Energizer Toast Recipe

This quick and easy breakfast recipe is healthy and also filling. Try energizer toast for a healthy breakfast that’s easy to with you on the go.

  • 1 Tbs. peanut butter
  • 1 Tbs. apple butter
  • 1 tsp. wheat germ
  • 1 tsp. nonfat dry milk
  • 1 slice whole-wheat toast

Combine peanut butter, apple butter, wheat germ and nonfat milk together in a small bowl, stirring to blend. Spread on toast.
