Recipe: Rosemary Chicken Strips

rosemary chicken strips

Kids are right about at least one thing: Chicken fingers rock. But the breading and frying isn’t great for anyone trying to eat healthfully. Try these rosemary chicken strips instead, for a still-delicious but more grown-up flavor. Pair with a vegetable or toss over salad or pasta.

Rosemary Chicken Strips

¼ teaspoon pepper
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut in strips

  2. Pour over chicken strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Place strips in a broiler pan and pour marinade on top.
  4. Broil 10 minutes on each side or until done. Baste with marinade while cooking.
