1 T paprika
½ tsp cayenne, or to taste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp (freshly ground) black pepper
1 lb tilapia or other firm fish, in serving pieces
1 T olive oil
- Combine paprika, cayenne, oregano, salt, sugar and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub fish with a little olive oil, then sprinkle it with spice mixture.
- Grill, or bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
